We’re selecting FIVE runners to join an exclusive 8-week training experience. Over 8 weeks beginning May 10, we will train for the St Pete Pier 4 Mile on July 4th!! If you’re currently running 9-12 min/mile, logging 10-15 miles/week, and want a big PR, this training program is for you.

InHouse Ultra

Race Description:

This is your shot to be one of 33 athletes nationwide to compete in the third InHouse Ultra™— a last-one-standing showdown inside the walls of Run Unlimited and Twenty One Run. 

This isn’t about who’s the fastest — it’s about who’s got the grit to go one more mile, every hour, until nobody else can.

Race Format:
Starts at 8:00 AM sharp Saturday June 27, 2026 — mandatory check-in at 7:00 AM
5 miles every hour, on the hour
Must complete all 5 miles before the next round begins
Miss a round = DNF
No stacking miles. Run, rest, repeat
No standing on sides of the treadmill while the belt is moving
Last athlete remaining wins. Simple as that.

Additional Details:
Athletes must be self-supported (fuel, gear, etc.)
One crew member allowed, but no assistance during treadmill sessions
Recovery zone access between rounds
The room will be temperature controlled to 72 degrees!
Movies & music will rotate throughout the day
Bring your own chair and cooler for specific nutrition needs 
Family and friends are welcome to cheer you on, particularly during the night sessions. Please note that total Studio space is limited

TreadRoom Sprint

Show your stride in Run Unlimited’s first annual

TreadRoom Sprint

The TreadRoom Sprint is a group-stage, bracket-style tournament raced entirely indoors on premium Woodway Treadmills. Every matchup is simple: 3 minutes. All out. The runner who covered the most distance wins. Top performers advance until a champion is crowned.

Here are the details:

  • For Who: All Athletes!

  • When: July 31 | CHECK-IN 5:00PM | START 6:00PM

  • General Rules

    • Each run starts at a speed of 0 and a 1% incline

    • Group Bracket Tournament: Round 1: Group Stage round robin. Round 2: Top 2 athletes move on to single elimination rounds. Final: Four athletes in one final round

    • 3-2-1 Rule. Announcements will be given at 3 minutes, 2 minutes, and 1 minute before the start of each round. Runners MUST be at the start line 1 minute before the start of the race to avoid a DNS

    • There is a 10 second count down to the race start

Push your limits this Memorial Day and honor the fallen with a purpose

A one-of-a-kind Murph workout event designed to test your fitness level at Run Unlimited. Take on the legendary hero workout in a high-energy, team-driven environment inside Florida’s only indoor running studio. Participants will challenge themselves through a combination of running, strength, and endurance while building camaraderie and honoring the spirit of sacrifice. Whether you’re going all-out or modifying to your level, this event is about grit, community, and showing up. Limited spots available!!

When: Sunday, May 24 @ 9:00 AM & Monday, May 25 @ 8:00AM & 9:30AM

What You’ll Get:

On Sunday, you’ll be participating in a Hyrox style MURPH, Monday @ 8:00AM you’ll participate in a 5k circut and at 9:30AM there will be a 10k circut
