Run Further
A 55-minute workout with longer running segments, recovery breaks and as always, a strong finish! This workout is perfect for building a solid running base, building endurance, and preparing you for longer, faster runs.
Run Faster
A 45-minute workout with shorter running segments, recovery breaks and a faster pace throughout. This class will leave you feeling like a track star. Your heart rate will rise and fall repeatedly during this high energy workout and your anaerobic capacity will improve.
Run Stronger
A 55-minute cardio and strength workout where the treadmill is incorporated in ways you didn’t know were possible! Expect your treadmill running to be compromised by a mix of activities that are on- and off-tread, building upper body, core and leg strength. You’re ready to take on the world after this well-balanced workout.
Run Hills
A 55-minute workout specifically designed to strengthen your legs and prepare you to tackle any mountain! Add this class to your workout regimen and make your way through every inch of incline on our Woodway ® treadmills (incline to 22% and decline to -3%).
Run Unlimited
A 55-minute workout combining elements from Run Unlimited’s four signature classes. In this workout, anything goes! Be prepared for an energetic mix of short running segments, long running segments, inclines, declines, sprints, and Compromised Running (running that includes a variety of on- and off-tread strength and cardio exercises). This workout is great for adding variety and surprise to your workout.
Run Tempo
A 55 minute treadmill session where you lock into your “comfortably hard” effort and learn to hold it. A staple in endurance training, our guided workout with strategic recoveries will help you build speed endurance through sustained efforts, improving your aerobic capacity and lactate threshold.
OpenTread
The TreadRoom is open for you to use on your own. Bring your tablet or phone, put your headphones in, and join other runners for an uncoached run.
Intro Class
The perfect class for those new to treadmills, running or just curious about Run Unlimited, this 30 minute class is a shortened version of our Run Stronger workout. Designed to boost your confidence while giving you a fun introduction of what Run Unlimited is all about.
